I’ve got a little vlog theme going on while we’re on this trip through Arizona and Utah - Hiking Tips for Badasses - or anyone with a semicolon sans ostomy! Not just cancer survivors, or those with LARS (lower anterior resection syndrome), but also anyone with IBS or UC or Chrons who wants to be active but needs a contingency plan on the trail. 💩 I refuse to sit still! I’m still learning new things, about what works (and doesn’t work) when I am out exploring and happy to share!
